Terms of Purchase

1. Digital products only

VaelOne Analytics provides pre-created digital research products. No physical goods are produced, stocked, or shipped. Each product is delivered electronically after an order is confirmed.

2. What you are purchasing

You purchase the version or edition of the product available at the time of purchase. Future editions, revisions, and ongoing updates are not included unless specifically stated in writing.

A purchase is a one-time transaction and does not create a subscription or any recurring obligation.

3. Licence of use

On confirmed purchase you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the supplied datasets, spreadsheets, guides, and templates for your own personal or internal business research.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or repackage the materials — in whole or in part — into any competing digital product or service.

4. Nature of the information

Marketplace information changes over time. Certain figures may represent estimates, publicly available information, third-party information, research observations, or calculations prepared for the applicable edition.

You are responsible for independently confirming important assumptions before making any commercial decision.

5. No performance guarantee

VaelOne Analytics makes no guarantee concerning the accuracy of future conditions, or concerning sales, revenue, margins, demand, ranking, profitability, or advertising results. You remain solely responsible for your own research and business decisions.

6. Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, digital purchases may be non-refundable once the product has been supplied or accessed, because of the nature of digital delivery.

7. Intellectual property

All included materials, structure, and compilations remain the intellectual property of their respective owner and are protected by applicable law. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the materials for any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to circumvent the licence restrictions set out above.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, liability arising from use of the products is limited to the amount paid for the applicable product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Purchase are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
